I am bored! I need to do something else other than my day to day chores because I realized I have become a boring person. I can survive without talking for a while that hubby would ask if I am mad at him or at the world, lol. This is crazy. I should go out more. Only the weather won't permit it. And too I don't drive alone yet. The times that I did hubby and bubby were always fearing for their lives hahaha.. I really need to practice more. I want to be able to get my license before my permit expires (of course) escpecially since the cold spell is almost over (hopefully). I can run around with bubby in tow. It will be nice to mingle with people again. Kahit sa tindahan mn lang ok na sa akin yon. I love my family but I also need to talk to other people para maging sociable baga.

nga pala kagabi nagpunta kaming publix for a much needed grocery shopping..we were on the checkout counter, ako nagbayad kasi broke daw si dada lol so nandun sila naghihintay habang bina-bag ung groceries nmin..bigla ba namang kinausap ni josh ang bagger! gulat ang loko d alam kng ano gagawin..kung sasagutin ba si bulinggit o dedmahin na lang kaso nakatingin si dada habang tumatawa..talagang mega emote c bubby..nag wonder tuloy ako kung anong sinabi nya sa bagger..sabi ba naman ni dada nanghihingi ng discount ang pinoy lol..pasaway...

sleepy sunday

It is quite at home today except for hubby and bubby's on and off snore. They slept on me! After a hearty breakfast I thought we will go to the beach to walk and then practice driving. Didn't happen. Hubby even said he will go pick oysters but low tide will be in thirty minutes. Wag maingay ha? I am not gonna wake dada up so he won't go then we can go to the filipino store. Ssshhh! I know he promised he will drive me there but after picking oysters and cleaning them up? I doubt it. He probably will just tell me we can go next time which will be next weekend. No can't do. This pinay is basically out of her comfort foods. We have to go today or i will go crazy..anyways, have to end this here..still got a task to do..happy sunday!

bubby update

An update about my son. I figured since I started blogging about him here then I should at least make an update here. Dapat lang di ba? Anyways, bubby is now fourteen months and two weeks. Time really flies. I remember on his first few months I hoped he would learn how to walk soon. Now that he is walking, running rather, I wish he could slow down so mama can keep up. He is so full of energy that I feel like an old worn woman. Di na girl kay lagas na lol. He is all over the place and my worst nightmare, he refuses to take his morning naps. He's been doing this for days now. He only sleeps in the afternoon. Please, let him do that for the next five years maybe? Kahit sa hapon man lang.

Here are things I noticed bubby does:

* he got a hold of a comb and i thought it will go straight to his mouth, wonder of wonders, he started to try comb his hair. I find it so sweet..nakakalimutan kasi ni mami suklayan buhok ni bubby kaya siguro nagsarili na lng anak ko lol

* he puts the phone on his ear and starts babbling like he is talking to somebody on the other end

* i've been teaching him to count and whenever i say one he always says two..un nga lang two lng ang gusto nyang sabihin minsan twee (three)

* when he hears my phone ring he says heyo (hello)

* he loves to open drawers and tries to take things off there..but when i tell him to put it back, he does and closes it too..dahan2 nga lang just in case magbago isip ni mami lol

* he says dada when he wants his dad and mama if he needs something from me..

I can't wait for his vocabulary to improve. When he tries to mimic what I say I always feel proud. I talk to him in english and tagalog (na may halong bisaya saka waray). I just hope he will be good on both languages though.
